2. Data We Collect

Fast Pause is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal data:

• Local Storage Data: Your pause sessions, fasting windows, check-in notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device using your browser's IndexedDB. This data never leaves your device. This data is encrypted at rest by your browser and operating system.
• Anonymous Analytics: We use cookieless, anonymous analytics to understand how the app is used. This helps us improve the experience without collecting any personal information. We cannot identify you from this data.
• No Account Information: Fast Pause does not require account creation, so we do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or any other account information.

We do not use your data for profiling, targeted advertising, or any commercial purposes.

Since your data never leaves your device, we cannot access it, and neither can third parties. If you clear your browser data, your sessions will be cleared as well.

3. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We cannot access your pause sessions or fasting data because it is stored locally on your device.

We may share anonymous, aggregated analytics data with trusted third-party service providers who help us deliver essential features (e.g., hosting, analytics), under strict data protection agreements. This data cannot be used to identify you.

4. Cookies

Fast Pause does not use cookies. We use cookieless analytics that do not track you across sessions or websites. All data storage is handled through your browser's local storage (IndexedDB), which is not accessible to third parties.

5. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access: All your data is stored locally on your device and accessible through the Fast Pause app.
• Deletion: You can delete your data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
• Export: You can export your data at any time in the Data Management page - navigate to it from the dashboard.
